In South London, a teenage boy named Tom lives with his single mother in a modest flat. When Steve, an anti-social former Rock God who faked his death eight years ago, moves into the flat below, Tom agrees to keep Steve's secret—on one condition: Steve will teach him the dark arts of rock guitar.
