The Call of the Wild: Dog of the Yukon
Jack London's 1903 classic traces Buck, a dog kidnapped from his California home and thrust into the Yukon, where he endures harsh mistreatment until a weathered prospector finds him and relates to his plight. Although the two form a bond, Buck longs to run free with the wild dogs in the wilderness.
