While seeking housing, a student stumbles upon an advertisement for renting an apartment at a very reasonable rate and promptly agrees to comply with all the conditions laid out by a woman who has recently laid her son to rest. He moves in and gradually becomes a witness to inexplicable mystical phenomena.
