Kimizuka Kimihiko is a magnet for crises. It is no surprise when his otherwise mundane flight suddenly becomes an emergency that cries out for a detective on board. Yet his attempt to steer clear of trouble is upended by a striking silver haired woman who goes by the codename Siesta. Declaring herself a detective, she unceremoniously forces Kimihiko to act as her assistant. That incident marks the beginning of a globe spanning adventure that surpasses his wildest dreams. With their lives at risk, the pair dismantle criminal organizations, avert disasters, and save thousands. But the curtain falls on their epic journey when Siesta dies three years later. Resolute to live a normal high school life, Kimihiko spends a year keeping a low profile. However, as fate would have it, a girl bearing an uncanny resemblance to Siesta crashes into his life, threatening to disrupt his quiet days.
