Poof comes into existence when Cosmo and Wanda decide to have a child of their own, and Timmy makes the wish. Yet, because the fairy baby’s magic is still developing and uncontrollable, the anti-fairies (polar opposites of fairies) and pixies (business fairies) scheme to steal the baby and seize Fairy World, the fairies’ home.
