The Gendarme Takes Off
The entire clique from Cruchot's police station has retired. He now resides with his wealthy wife in a castle, and is bored to death. He argues with the butler because he is not even allowed to perform the simplest tasks. But when one member of the clique suffers amnesia after an accident, the others reunite and kidnap him to escort him on a tour of their old workplaces and through their memories. In their vintage uniforms they turn St. Tropez upside down.
