The Grand Substitution
In a China ruled by a feeble emperor, two officials vie to shape the land's destiny. Chiu believes the people hold the future of China, while the ruthless Tu plans to grind them under an iron heel. Tu decides to target Chiu's family, but a lone infant escapes.
