The Grasshopper and the Ants

Echoing the timeless fable, the grasshopper spends his days fiddling and living in the moment, while the hardworking ants stockpile abundant provisions for the winter. Through his song, he persuades at least one small ant until the queen arrives and drives him back to work. Winter comes, and the grasshopper—starving and desperate—stumbles upon the ants, who are feasting in their snug tree-dwelling. They shelter him and warm him.
