The Jacksons: An American Dream
Set in Gary, Indiana, the Jacksons are a working-class family whose lives pivot when father Joseph uncovers his children's remarkable musical gift. Spurred to form a band, they win a string of talent contests, propelling them toward superstardom when Motown signs them. Thus the Jackson 5 emerge, a phenomenon defined by rhythm, drive, and rise. But their triumph carries its own upheavals, as fame brings trouble and turmoil.
