Within Botswana's Okavango Delta, an ostracized lioness and her two cubs must fight for survival, facing a relentless array of dangers. Their only defense is a perilous escape to Duba Island, propelling them toward an unknown future. This epic unfolds in one of the last wild havens where lions still roam. Confronted with shrinking territory and escalating hunting pressures, these lions (like our solitary matriarch and her cubs) edge toward the brink of extinction.
