The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson

The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson is an American late-night talk show hosted by Scottish American comedian Craig Ferguson, the third regular host to helm the franchise. It slots into CBS's late-night lineup following The Late Show with David Letterman, airing on weekdays in the United States at 12:37 a.m. The program is taped before a live studio audience from Monday through Friday at CBS Television City in Los Angeles, California, directly above the Bob Barker Studio. It is produced by David Letterman's Worldwide Pants Incorporated in partnership with CBS Television Studios. Since taking the chair on January 3, 2005, succeeding Craig Kilborn and Tom Snyder, Ferguson has delivered the franchise's strongest ratings since its 1995 launch. While most episodes lean toward comedy, Ferguson has also addressed serious topics, such as the deaths of his parents, and conducted weighty interviews, including a conversation with Desmond Tutu that earned the show a 2009 Peabody Award.
