A quartet of seasoned criminals abducts a wealthy teenage girl from an airport in Paris with a meticulous plan to extort money from her affluent father. Detained in an isolated beach house, their scheme initially unfolds flawlessly, but as their personal demons emerge, betrayals inevitably follow.

Slow burn of a crime-thriller has a solid performance from Marlon Brando, though, as usual for him, was extremely difficult to work with, butting heads with the director and even showed up on location for a scene drunk. Anyway, the final 15-minutes were well done but it does take a bit of patience to get through the middle section. **3.0/5**
