The Romance Of Three Kingdoms

Adapted from Luo Guanzhong's classic 14th-century novel of the same name, Romance of the Three Kingdoms blends history, legend, and myth. It romanticizes and dramatizes the lives of feudal rulers and their retainers as they sought to supplant the waning Han dynasty or to reconstruct it. The narrative centers on the three rival power blocs that arose from the remnants of the Han era, which would later coalesce into the states of Cao Wei, Shu Han, and Eastern Wu.
