After Col. Steve Austin fails to recover the contents of a safe owned by arms dealer Arlen Findletter, he accepts an invitation for a Bahamas holiday. There he crosses paths with Soviet Agent Alexi Kaslov and his alluring assistant Katrina Volana, who are also pursuing Findletter. Is it mere coincidence, or was Steve's trip part of one of Oscar Goldman's missions?
