Corey and his crew of skater friends occasionally stir up mischief, but they're more drawn to girls and the thrill of riding their boards than to real trouble. The infamous rival faction, the Daggers, led by Tommy Hook, derive their kicks from terrorizing locals along Venice Beach. When Corey begins dating Tommy's younger sister Chrissy, the Daggers' fury erupts. The conflict escalates to the L.A. Massacre, a deadly skate race down a canyon road.
