Tiger Claws II

Five years after the original, Tiger Claws II follows Yeung's martial-arts serial killer Chong, who is busted out of jail by a crew of heavies hired by gangster Dai Lo Fu and spirited across the country to San Fransisco's Chinatown. When New York City detective Tarek Richards learns of a spate of killings bearing Chong's signature MO—a claw-like mark scored across the victims' faces—he reaches out to his former partner, Linda Masterson, now based in Los Angeles, for help. But Chong isn't the killer behind the murders; he's merely being leveraged by crime lord Lo Fu, who hopes to fuse his power with Chong's to open some kind of time portal to furnish vital supplies for the ancient Shaolin monks. In truth, however, Lo Fu intends to hijack the portal to smuggle heavy modern artillery back to Qing Dynasty-era China and seize control.
