On a storm-battered island, sailors are confined and show no urge to abandon life at sea. They spend days and nights in the tavern, intoxicated. The young woman who serves them nourishes a single longing: to go far away. This becomes the setting for an outdoor musical, shaping a tale of love and adventure that recalls the director's film Aoom.
