Toilet Hanako-san: Secret of the Disappearing Girl

On their first year at Honcho Junior High, strange phenomena begin as students around them experience peculiar incidents. When Miyuki visits her teacher Saeki to have a finger cut treated, she envisions a somber-faced girl in an outdated school uniform. At that instant, alarmed students rush to the office announcing that Mizudani Sachie has fainted in the Hanako stall of the girls' bathroom, the rumored site of a haunted young girl's spirit. Sachie does not regain consciousness and is taken to hospital, where she later awakens with no memory of the incident. After returning to school, Sachie appears to possess insight into other people's fates, able to discern the manner of death or serious injury that each student will face.
