Nana begins recounting the legend of a malevolent tooth fairy who tears teeth from mouths. Fed up with Nana's wild, alcoholic tales, Carla attempts to leave, but a sudden power outage signals that something far more sinister lurks beneath the surface—something beyond what Carla can imagine.
