Treevenge chronicles the terrifying reality of the Christmas trees' lives. For trees, Christmas isn’t the joyful 'peace on earth' celebrated by others. After being cut down and shipped from their homes, they are hoisted into view and screwed into an upright position, exposed to a humiliating onslaught of garish decorations. But this Christmas will be different—the trees have had enough, and they will fight back. Treevenge could unfold as a short film about the end of days for Christmas trees, or perhaps the end of humanity?
