Trouble in Paradise
Gaston Monescu, a seasoned thief, and Lily, a deft pickpocket, are bound by crime and a shared passion. Employed by perfume executive Mariette Colet, they plot to turn their talents toward stealing from their employer. Adopting the alias Monsieur Laval, Gaston leverages his role as Mariette’s personal secretary to draw nearer to her. Yet when love eclipses prudence and he finds himself genuinely—and perilously—in love with Mariette, he must choose between his affection for her and his partner Lily.
