Andy, a Negator wielding the ability 'Undead,' has long sought someone capable of granting him a 'real death.' Fuko Izumo bears misfortune due to her power 'Unluck.' The two join the Union, an organization which aims to control and protect the world from unidentified phenomena. As partners, they uncover the mystery of the world while pursuing the 'greatest death ever.'
