Urotsukidōji V: The Final Chapter

Only a single episode of this project reached partial completion, with the released version peppered by numerous animation sequences that omit many in-between frames. The narrative centers on the arrival of the true Chojin, a hermaphroditic being who moves to annihilate all life on Earth. Curiously, the show's setup leaned heavily on the first two, more popular installments of the Urotsukidoji saga, featuring appearances by Nagumo and Akemi (absent since the early Part III episodes) and with redesigned character models that echoed the look of the earlier installments. Some of the less prominent characters introduced in chapters III and IV, especially Buju, were not present. Nevertheless, these approaches failed to lift the final arc off the ground, and the story was ultimately shelved.
