Van Gogh
After leaving the asylum, Vincent van Gogh takes up residence in the home of Doctor Gachet, where he continues to paint while enduring the anguish of his deteriorating mental state. He begins an affair with his host’s daughter, but she soon comes to understand that he does not love her and that his devotion belongs solely to art.
