After the catastrophic Kanto earthquake devastates the metropolis, the Slum King begins kidnapping girls to traffic them as slaves. Mari wanders a ruined field in search of her lover Ken, but she is captured by the same captors. While she endures torture and training as a slave, Ken arrives to rescue her. To secure Mari's release, Ken must join the Slum King's gang, but the king imposes a single condition: Ken must kill Violence Jack in order to free Mari.
