Movie Background

Whatever Works

Whatever Works examines the evolving dynamic between Boris, a cantankerous misanthrope, and Melody, a naïve, impressionable young runaway from the South. When Melody’s uptight parents descend on New York to reclaim her, they are drawn into surprisingly tangled romantic entanglements. In the end, the characters learn that love arrives through a mix of fortunate chance and embracing whatever works.
