Season 3

When Carmen tries to steal several military strategy-related items, she is repeatedly thwarted by "The Tigress," a thief armed with advanced high-tech weaponry of her own. Meanwhile, Zack and Ivy hurry to tell Chief something important, but he refuses to listen until Carmen begins monitoring their frequency, leaving them unable to share their secret. From that point on, whenever Carmen attempts another theft, the Tigress gets to the target first. The Tigress then draws Carmen to Antarctica, where she reveals that she is Ivy in disguise. Carmen is ambushed by Acme detectives and taken away, but she escapes by stealing Ivy's CO2 boots, invented by Zack, and rockets off.
