On her thirteenth birthday, Katie, a talented young girl, receives a magical amulet whose quest is to locate the fifth and final witch to complete the order of the Star Witches. In its incomplete form, the order cannot shield Earth against the evil witch Concuela. While Katie discovers her burgeoning magical powers alongside her best friend Roy, Grimbeck, the dandy gatekeeper of the Star Witches arena, and the evil Concuela are desperately trying to find Katie.
