In a fated era, 15-year-old Kamui Shiro, a prodigiously powerful psychic, returns to Tokyo after a six-year absence, having departed when he was only a child. He longs to reunite with his childhood friends—Fuma, his closest ally, and Kotori, Fuma’s younger sister and Kamui’s potential love interest. He aims to safeguard them from every danger, yet destiny and fate loom over Kamui, drawing his friends into the pull of a larger design. The burden rests on him: it is his destiny and his sole choice to decide the fate of the world, regardless of his desire to embrace the role. The crucial question remains: will he join the Seven Seals and become the Dragon of Heaven to save mankind, or align with the Seven Angels and become the Dragon of Earth to wipe out civilization so the Earth can heal from humankind’s ravages?
