EPFO Launches WhatsApp Services and Auto-Settlement

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) launched WhatsApp services for subscribers to check their PF account details and automatic settlements for inoperative accounts with balances up to ₹1,000. This means eligible accounts won’t need to file claims to receive their money, making the process easier and more efficient for everyone involved.

These initiatives were introduced during EPFO’s 74th Foundation Day event in New Delhi, enhancing digital service delivery and streamlining account management.
