A whopping 78% of companies in India are throwing internships into the mix, but only 16% are turning those into full-time gigs! According to Unstop's latest report, Gen Z is all about learning over salary, yet 27% of them ditch the hiring process when salary transparency is lacking. Companies need to step up their game and make internships more than just a foot in the door.
