Lodha Developers Launches Major Project in Delhi-NCR

Lodha Developers is making a splash in the Delhi-NCR market with a Rs 1,100-1,200 crore office project on Gurugram's Golf Course Road. Their new venture, Lodha Pantheon, will feature 4 lakh sq ft of office space across 27 floors, focusing on selling office spaces instead of leasing.

Additionally, Lodha is planning a residential project on Sohna Road. With a 10% rise in sales bookings to Rs 5,037 crore, they're set for a strong presence in the region.
