Microfinance Sector Makes a Comeback in Q4FY26!

The microfinance sector is finally back in the game! In Q4FY26, loans rose by 3.2% to a whopping Rs 3.31 trillion, thanks to bigger loans and better quality. However, it's still down 13.2% from last year. The real MVPs? The NBFC-MFIs, while banks are just watching from the sidelines. The average loan size is now Rs 61,500. Not too shabby at all!
