RBI to chop interest rate to 5.25% as inflation dives low

Hold onto your wallets! The RBI is about to slice the interest rate to 5.25% on December 5. Why? Because inflation is doing the limbo at 0.25% thanks to cheaper food and tax breaks! Even though the rupee is feeling a bit weak, the RBI Governor thinks there's still wiggle room for more cuts. Economists are betting on this rate sticking around until 2026, while growth is forecasted at a cheerful 6.8%.
