Rupee Dances Up 17 Paise to 95.56 Against Dollar

The rupee put on its dancing shoes, rising 17 paise to 95.56 against the dollar this Thursday. This little shimmy happened as the US dollar got a bit wobbly after some bond buyback chatter.
