Sebi's Game Plan: New DRs for REITs and InvITs!

Sebi, the market's referee, is proposing a new game plan! They're thinking of letting Real Estate Investment Trusts and Infrastructure Investment Trusts issue Depository Receipts, which are like golden tickets for foreign investors to join the fun without worrying about rupees.
