In FY26, states flocked to the RBI's Special Drawing Facility like kids to a candy store! With WMA and overdraft use taking a nosedive, 19 states borrowed from the SDF for 3,008 days—up from 16 the year before. It seems some states are finally mastering their cash flow skills!
