Union Government to Review RRBs' Financial Health on January 30

On January 30, 2026, the Union government will hold a big meeting to review the financial health of Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). This is the first major check-up after the RRBs got a makeover, shrinking from 43 to 28 banks. M Nagaraju will lead the charge to see how past decisions are panning out and if the banks are hitting their financial goals.
