The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced its first list of 40 candidates for the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will run from the Dhuri constituency, where he won in 2022.

Candidates were selected based on surveys and feedback. A senior AAP leader described the early announcement as a strategic move to strengthen grassroots networks, with more names expected next week.
