The Nepalese Army War College just finished its 14th Higher Command and Management Course with a grand finale! General Ashok Raj Sigdel handed out shiny awards to the best officers. Brigadier General Prashant Bajracharya was named Best Student Officer, while Brigadier General Prakash Thapa won the Best Research Paper award.
