Workout ke baad static stretching se flexibility badh jaati hai. Lekin dhyan rahe, cold muscles par stretching karna avoid karein, nahi toh injury ka risk badh jaata hai! Stretching se injury toh nahi rukti, par recovery mein madad milti hai.
