Set limits on usage, follow the 20-20-20 rule, and create no-screen zones during meals and bedtime. Take breaks, read a book, or go for a walk. Remember to turn off notifications and keep screen time to 6-8 hours for work and 2 hours for fun. Don't forget those eye check-ups!
