7 fun tips to escape screens and reclaim your life
Screens are taking over our lives! Dr. Aniket Mule from KIMS Hospitals says we need to take back control. Set limits on usage, follow the 20-20-20 rule, and create no-screen zones during meals and bedtime. Take breaks, read a book, or go for a walk. Remember to turn off notifications and keep screen time to 6-8 hours for work and 2 hours for fun. Don't forget those eye check-ups!
