Kellogg Says US Must Balance Aid for Ukraine and Middle East

Former US ambassador Thomas Kellogg thinks the US should get its act together when it comes to helping Ukraine and the Middle East. He warns that if we don’t find the right balance, we might run out of military supplies and struggle to keep our defenses up.
