Transparency International Bangladesh Report on Political Parties

Transparency International Bangladesh released a report highlighting that money, muscle power, and political violence are common in major political parties. Iftekharuzzaman, the Executive Director, noted a big gap between reported party finances and actual activities, pointing to weak accountability. The report suggested 12 ways to improve governance, including changing laws and enhancing Election Commission oversight. It's time for a serious system overhaul.
