Delhi Voter Application Update: Slow Processing Woes

Yo, peep this, in Delhi's Special Intensive Revision, only 1,238 outta 450,000 voter addition apps got processed, ya dig? With 239,000 submitted after the draft drop, less than 1% got through in 42 days. Meanwhile, over 5,800 objections cruised through like a breeze. Now the Chief Electoral Officer is knockin' on doors for 4.75 million entries, and citizens are sweatin' those pending apps before the October 30 deadline.
