As part of this restructuring, State Organization General Secretary Pawan Sai has taken direct operational charge of party machinery, cadre discipline, and booth committee restructuring across Jharkhand's 24 districts. Sai is transitioning from the Chhattisgarh BJP organization to assume these responsibilities.
State In-Charge Gajendra Patel, a Lok Sabha Member of Parliament representing the reserved tribal constituency of Khargone in Madhya Pradesh, has been appointed to address grassroots tribal aspirations and agrarian voting blocs. Co-In-Charge Saurabh Singh, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation, has been entrusted with coordinating regional logistics, seat-level management, and organizational synergy between urban and rural centers.

National Co-Organization General Secretary Saudan Singh has returned to provide ideological and tactical guidance. His appointment leverages his past role as the chief architect of the BJP’s 2014 Jharkhand Assembly election triumph.
The party is placing tribal leaders in top state organizational positions to match Jharkhand’s social matrix with that of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This strategy aims to dismantle the regional ruling coalition's tribal vote bank by aligning the BJP's organizational hierarchy with the cultural and demographic realities of the state's tribal belt.
Pawan Sai originates from Jashpur in Chhattisgarh, a tribal pocket bordering Jharkhand with extensive clan, marital, and cultural connections to Simdega and Gumla. These ties are reinforced by inter-state connections; Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s maternal ancestral home is located in Simdega district, reinforcing inter-state ties between the new leadership and Jharkhand's border districts.

Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma was previously assigned to steer legislative voting maneuvers during recent Rajya Sabha polls in Ranchi, demonstrating the integration of central state resources into Jharkhand's political operations.
