Beste Zeit

Kati fearlessly takes the wheel of her parents' VW bus, despite not having a driver's license, speeding through the Bavarian province. Alongside her best friend Jo, she asks what else there is to do in this setting as they drift into conversations about God and the world, one hand gripping a tip and the other a beer. Meanwhile, Mike, a member of her circle, has just returned from the Bundeswehr; she longs for a great love, while he pursues the matter with far less seriousness. And at home, her father's rising tension adds to the strain.
