Based on true events, this biographical sports drama follows Przemyslaw Saleta, a World Kickboxing Champion and European Champion in professional boxing, as he donates a kidney to his gravely ill daughter. The operation faces unexpected complications, and Saleta nearly loses his life. The film begins with the moment Saleta learns of his daughter Nicole’s birth and ends several years later with his decision to give Nicole his own kidney. The story unfolds non-linearly, weaving past and present rather than following a single chronological path. Viewers are placed in the surgery room beside the boxer, then invited to join the protagonist as memories of the past surface.
