Eaux d'Artifice
A poised, elegantly dressed woman strides with purpose through the water gardens of Villa d'Este in Tivoli as Vivaldi's Winter from The Four Seasons fills the air. A heavy red filter casts a blue halo over the scene, while water glides over stone and fountains hurl misty spray upward. No words are spoken. Baroque statuary and the sensuous flow of water are backlit. Anger calls it water games.
