Ewan McGregor embarks on a mission to the farthest reaches of the planet to immunize some of the world’s most difficult-to-reach children. Defying the odds, Ewan and his team deliver vaccines to remote communities just as health workers do every day. Yet these fragile vaccines must remain continuously cold as they move through the supply chain, transferred from freezer to freezer wherever the journey leads. These vital routes are known as cold chains, and an extensive network of them spans the globe.
